...so I may as well get off my butt and create another journal; I have been stockpiling a bunch of images to feature after all.  So without further ado (and because I don't really have anything to say, or rather the energy to be particularly creative with my words): Landscapes :thumb150033132: :thumb150227948: :thumb136065792: Nature :thumb81379364: :thumb140449691: :thumb68983984: Portraits :thumb150182197: :thumb140440061: :thumb128488226:

For those of you not in Sydney, you should take a look at look at the local Sydney news, for example the Sydney Morning Herald.  There is no white balance problem with those photos.  They are not photoshopped.  Believe me, I commuted through it this morning and am still looking at it out the window of my office building in the CBD. There was a significant cold front that passed through from the west last night (coming from where all the good Aussie "red earth" is).  It unleashed very heavy rain & wind last night, and then this morning...  The whole of Sydney is blanketed in thick, orange dust! I walked out the front door this morning at 5:3

I don't really have anything to say except that I've been collecting a bunch of other people's shots with the intention of doing some feature journals.  Only problem is I'm generally too lazy busy to actually create the journal entries.  Now I know that most of them have had plenty of exposure already (no pun intended) but I don't care - I still plan to beautify my little corner of the web with their awesome images anyway. So, no more sitting on my butt.  Here are some shots that made me go WOW!! (in most cases, quite literally)... :iconflowerthnxplz: for your constant support and encouragement Mike! Thank you so much!
Well, what can I do when you keep churning out stunning images? All I can do is :+fav: them. I have to apologise for not leaving many (any?) comments these days. Life seems too busy to do more than glance, :+fav: and run. I can't even remember the last time I uploaded an image. Anyway, keep them coming!
It's been a long time indeed, missed your work :(
Yeah, life has a way of taking over and keeping us away from things, just hope you are well and having fun whatever you're up too, take care Mike
